The Global Certification Forum certified the Nexus 72 aka Asus K009.(link)
The certification comes as a standard passed that the device is safe to be used under the set of specified set of Radio band-widths for Cellular or CDMA transmissions.
The earlier speculations about the Nexus 7 2 release dates and the specifications seems to be aligning with the current certification details.
The postponing or the speculations about the Apple Ipad mini with retina display to make it to the markets only in 2014 gives Google less competition in the existing tablet market battle.
The Nexus 7 2 with LTE (K009) is expected to be releasing along with the cellular version (K008) at the end of July 2013.
